Cancellation Policy :

If you wish to cancel your subscription with Life is Good Matrimonial, you can do so by contacting our customer support team at support@lifeisgoodmatrimonial.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged any further fees. However, we do not offer refunds for any unused subscription period.

Refund Policy :

We offer a refund on your subscription fee if you meet the following criteria:

You have cancelled your subscription within the first 24 hours of purchase.

You have not used any of the premium features of our platform during this time.

Your request for a refund is made within 48 hours of cancellation.

If you meet the above criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be made to the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Note: If you have used any of the premium features of our platform during the first 24 hours of your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for any subscription period beyond the first 24 hours.
